Rise and Shine Yoga - Donna Shumaker E-RYT 

A fun way to start the week, this class will focus on body awareness and breath connected movement.  Students will have input and leave feeling relaxed and present.

Includes breathing and centering, gentle vinyasa, sometmes a targeted area and shavasana.
